Allison Jones & Associates, P.C was established 1985 with the aim of providing superior professional legal services to clients with family law concerns.  

Our law office offers the services of an Attorney and Paralegal which are Texas Board Certified in Family Law. Board certified legal professionals ensure that citizens of Texas receive the highest quality legal services.                            

We would like to take this opportunity to let you  know a little about us

 ALLISON JONES, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida. She moved to Houston in 1980 to attend South Texas College of Law. She graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1983. During her first year as an attorney, Allison prosecuted for the City of Houston. This provided an excellent opportunity to gain trial experience early in her career. In 1992 she earned the State Bar's Legal Specialization in Family Law. That same year, Ms. Jones was inducted into the College of State Bar. The Firm handles approximately 90% family matters and the remaining 10% comprises civil and corporate clients.

Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from December 1991 to present.

Board of Directors HBA Family Law Section

Member of the Association of Women Attorneys.

Member of Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists.

DEBRA S. CASACELI, our Associate Attorney, is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where she received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Debbie was admitted to practice in Texas in 2000. She clerked with the Firm while in law school. Debbie also has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo which gives her a great insight into family dynamics. It was out of this education and training that her intense interest in family law grew.

 MARY LOU PERRY, is the Office Manager and a Legal Assistant for our Firm. She attended San Antonio College and graduated from the Southwestern Paralegal Institute in May of 1992 and interned in the Harris County Civil Courts. Mary Lou is able to assist you from the initial intake through trial preparation, if necessary. She is a member of the Houston Association of Legal Assistants, and is a former board member.

SYLVIA GARZA is a graduate of Northshore High School . She attended the Universidad Tecnologico de Monterrey.  Sylvia has experience as a Jr. Accountant and Executive Assistant.  Sylvia has extensive administrative experience and she will be able to assist you and answer any questions you may have or direct you to the correct person.
